Teaching and coaching since 1996, with a wealth of experience and practice in health, nutrition and the science of movement, Konstantinos is passionate about awakening people to their unlimited potential.

Known for his playful, intelligent and passionate way of teaching, he has guided thousands of individuals through his classes, trainings and coaching sessions to navigate their daily life with more ease.

In my 25 years of experience in Yoga practice I have learned through experimentation, extensive study, and trial and error. My knowledge of Yoga as a practice and philosophical system is broad, refined and clear, even as my curiosity for new discoveries remains unquenched.

Anytime you work with your body you are also working with your mind and the energy system which is the bridge between body and spirit. Yoga is a great way to navigate your self through this amazing journey we call life. My deepest intention is to support you along your path towards well-being.
